It was actually my daughter, her husband and 3 children under 4 that we booked at your hotel. When it was realized the room was too small they were moved the next day into a lovely, larger room and they thouroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant people were wonderful to all our family members who ate their and stayed at the hotel. Between everyone I believe we had 7 rooms.

ThIs hotel appears relatively new. The room was spacious and inviting. I loved the high quality bedding and the simple clean design elements found thruoghout the hotel. We asked for a late check-in and the staff was very responsive and welcomed us upon arrival. The value was quite exceptional and I would definitely would stay here again.

Drink machines only offered Pepsi. We prefer Coke. Hot tub closed too early on a Saturday night. We arrived just at 10pm, and it was closed. Didn't get to use it at all. (One night stay).

That I could leave to got to family house.
My room was not cleaned for 2 days. The lights were to dim. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was no hot water, and the sink didn't drain. My key had to be recoded to get back in my room. The telephone didn't work.

Relaxing and unique hotel with an attached restaurant and top-class staff. The rooms with a lagoon view as well as patio. Comfy location, a short walk to everywhere. Very good overall experience.
No bar at all.

i like the fountain, pond and swans at gaia shasta. all very relaxing. i chose gaia shasta for its central location between my home and my destination in oregon and its surroundings. i was pleasantly surprised by how nice the rooms were - so spacious. the only irritating aspect was the loud closure of the doors. room were fairly quiet although i was surprised to hear water in downstairs unit. you would think if i were downstairs i'd hear from upstairs, not the other way around. i'd definitely stay there again and i've already recommended it to others.

You had a nice gym and exercise room. The food was good. You recycle and are for the most part a green Hotel which is why I decided to stay in the first place!
Too many Dogs, and they were barking all the time. Maintance and up keep needs to be in proved. You only had four places to lay down at the pool and they were in need of repair. We had lounge chairs to sit in out side our room, but since there were not enough for all the rooms someone took them the next day. and the arm on one was broken. At least ten rooms that I saw were missing their chairs out side their rooms. I wanted to use the hot tub, but it had too much clorine in it and burnt my eyes as soon as I sat down so I had to get out.

The location was perfect for exploring Shasta Lake, where we enjoyed boating and fishing. The nearby restaurants and grocery stores made it convenient for us to grab snacks and meals easily.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel needs more kid-friendly amenities. It would be great to have a kids' play area or activities .
